Eagerness to provide more competitive services with a difference has seen Bank South Pacific (BSP) open a newly-built state-of-the-art facility in Nadi.
The Nadi Business Centre opened its doors for business earlier last week with an official cocktail launch on Friday night.
The branch is fully dedicated for corporate services giving a more personalised banking for businesses.
BSP country manager Kevin McCarthy said to have a successful business, you need to do something different.
“This is our BSP First and Premium Banking Centre in Nadi,” he said.
Mr McCarthy said six months after the opening of the million-dollar complex in 2008, BSP Nadi faced the major flooding in early 2009.
“We decided to move the business centre upstairs giving us an added advantage during natural disasters,” he said.
“We are giving our clients a very different way of banking with customer services personalised to customer preferences.
“The Nadi Business Centre is equipped accordingly to re-open the very next day after a natural disaster hits Nadi provided the town is open for operation.”
Continued expansion
Being one of the largest banks in the Pacific, BSP with its headquarters in Papua New Guinea has continued its expansion in Fiji for continued economic growth and development opportunities.
BSP also opened a newly-renovated Business Centre in Lautoka this week.
“BSP is known for bouncing back from natural disasters as Papua New Guinea is prone to more natural disasters,” Mr McCarthy said.
“Our bank officers together with our competitive advantage and difference to that our competitors offer, will give Nadi businesses more options.”
