TeQwise has been striving for service excellence in technology and sustainability for the past 23 years.

The business officially started its Business in March 2000 as the dealer / distributor for Fuji Xerox products mainly photocopiers and printers for Fiji.

The company was formerly known as Fuji Xerox Business Centre Fiji.

However, back in 2019, due to the breakup of the joint venture / partnership of Fuji Film Japan and Xerox corporation USA, they had the opportunity to change our name and we chose to re-aligned our local name to International business interests as the teQwise Business Innovation Group.

This brought about most of our business interest named teQwise.

TeQwise managing director, John Lal said working smarter by creating state of art business solutions for their clients has worked wonders for the company over the years of their existence.

“Being Locally owned and operated and employing multi-racial and both local and expatriate / international staff, we have been providing cost effective tailored document solutions to individuals and organisations for all that time,” he said.

“We have Fiji wide coverage with branches and service centres in Suva, Nadi and Labasa.”

Mr Lal said year 2023 had been a challenging year, as there had been a lot of staff turnover.

“But post-COVID, I realised that this is faced by majority of the companies in Fiji and the main reason behind mostly to locals migrating.

Though this did not scare or stress us out,” Mr Lal added.

“I can proudly say that our company does not practice any sort of discrimination and say we are one of the best organisations to work for.

“We support gender equality and encourage women empowerment. Professional and ethical business is paramount and being a responsible and fair employer, we have a great business that keeps attracting great talents.”

He said their teamwork and the Corporate Social Responsibility team had a successful year as well.

“We had cleanup campaign at Suva point, women empowerment programs plus product wise, Fujifilm have been voted the best office printer brand by Readers Choice at the Hardware Zone Tech Awards 2023 for the 4th consecutive year in a row,” he said.

“Apart from this, we are in progress to do a new year food drive and charity for the less fortunate as I feel it’s important to help those who are needy.

“It is important to be a generous and kind human beings and help each other grow to make Fiji a better place to live.”

Mr Lal acknowledged all the staff for being a part of their teQwise family and he promise that year 2024 would bring along more success and employee benefits together with many more activities to give back to the community.

“I wish you all a Happy New Year. God Bless you all and your families.”
