The tradition of delivering the best restaurant services has won Jacks Restaurants Limited yet another accolade internationally.
Jacks Restaurants’ eateries include Hard Rock Café Fiji, Indigo Indian Restaurant & Bar, Saffron & Corner Café Restaurant and Bonefish Seafood Restaurant.
All of these restaurants have been awarded the prestigious 2013 Certificate of Excellence by TripAdvisor.
TripAdvisor.com is a travel website that assists customers in gathering travel information, posting reviews and opinions of travel-related content and engaging in interactive travel forums.
Jacks Group of Companies general manager business development, Babu Chawda, said their team was ecstatic about receiving the Certificate of Excellence.
“This prestigious award, places Indigo, Hard Rock Fiji and Bonefish in the top-performing 10 per cent of all businesses worldwide on Trip Advisor,” he said.
“It is only given to businesses that consistently earn high ratings from Trip Advisor travellers.
“This award is testament to our teams commitment, passion and team approach for creating exquisite experiences whilst dining with us.”
Mr Chawda said their teams are committed to delivering unparalleled levels of service day in, day out, and this award was testament to their hard work and dedication.
Established in 1993, Jacks Restaurants Limited operates six eateries in Nadi, that started with the world-class and multiple award-winning five stars fine dining, Chefs Restaurant.
Mr Chawda confirmed they will soon be opening restaurants in Suva.
