Fiji Directories Limited yesterday launched its newly-redesigned Yellow Pages Website in a soft launch at their main office in Suva.
The website is not yet available to the general public but plans are now underway for a full public launch in the near future.
Fiji Directories chief executive, Mukhtar Khan, said: “The new and improved website was redesigned to have a stronger focus on expanding the reach of businesses and individuals who advertise with us on the web.
“As the online advertising industry in Fiji grows more competitive, the more difficult it becomes for businesses to establish their online presence and reach out to their customers.
“Our new web presence sets new standards for our customers to make themselves known to the huge potential for business on the web.”
Features of the website
The revamped website also provides easier navigation, a cleaner interface, better content, more product documentation and enhanced search engine optimisation.
Mr Khan said the revamped website would give their advertisers a new web presence with richer content and integration of popular social media networks boosting their presence online.
A particular focus lies on the user-friendly interface so that the users can easily locate business types that match their search criteria.
From design to content, the entire site has been reorganised to put relevant, carefully curated content directly from the businesses, thus, providing a satisfying new experience for the advertising users and general public alike.
The site’s robust new web platform also makes it easier for visitors to interact, learn more about each individual businesses advertising with Yellow pages Fiji, and browse and share market intelligence.
Yellow Pages mission
Mr Khan said as a leader in the digital content industry in Fiji, their mission is to give its nearly 10,000 business advertisers a competitive edge.
This he said would be by providing relevant, timely, and reliable information as efficiently as possible to their prospective customers on the web.
The website will be shortly available through www.yellowpages.com.fj
