FNpf seeks Expressions of interest for construction of 11 lots by august 2014

Natadola Bay Resort Limited has decided to proceed with stage 1 of the Natadola Residential development.
It is a 100 per cent Fiji National Providend Fund subsidiary.
The development includes 33 lots but mainly focus will be on the construction of the first 11 lots by August this year.
In light of this, the Fiji National Provident Fund is seeking expressions of interest for the civil construction work on the 33 lots.
Natadola Bay Resort Limited wishes to initiate early discussion with companies to begin the construction works.
The fund said the companies should demonstrate a capacity and proven experience as the main civil contractor in performing the civil works and services associated with this project.
This is being pushed in order to maximise the opportunities arising from the Fiji International Golf Tournament scheduled to be held at the Natadola Bay Golf Course in August.
The international event will attract a number of the world’s leading golfers and will be broadcast live to over 40 countries with a reach into over 400 million households.
“This will provide significant international exposure and great opportunities for marketing and sales promotion of the Natadola Residential development,” the fund said in an advertisement.
The expressions of interest should be supported by detailed capability statement, proposed management structure and key personnel.
Also being preferred is the previous comparable residential project experience and references in the Pacific region as well as overseas.
The Natadola Residential will be an addition to the InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa and the Natadola Bay Golf Course.
Closing dates for submission is this Friday.
