Nesbitt Hazelman highlighted this while speaking as the chief guest during the 2014 Fiji Business Excellence Awards Better Business Conference at Holiday Inn Suva the past week. He said to be globally-competitive, organisations needed to be purpose-driven, speed oriented, adaptable, efficient and customer focused. “In today’s marketplace, companies that create more value in their products and services understand their customers expand their markets,” Mr Hazelman said.
