Over the past few months, Outsource Fiji has been actively working with Skills Consulting Group to run a pilot training programme for employees in Fiji’s outsourcing industry.
It is to enhance development in the areas of leadership, technical and soft skills, allowing them to process and respond to business-as-usual enquiring and complex customer enquiries in contact centres.
The New Zealand Skills Consulting Group Certificate in Contact Centre programme is the first of many opportunities for our people to upskill themselves and grow within the industry.
Several organisations have graduated from its first round of training conducted by Skills Consulting, and supported by the Australian Government Market Development Facility (MDF).
Organisations that graduated from the programme include Pacific Centrecom (Fiji) Limited, Greymouse Virtual Workforce, Packleader BPO, TKW Research Group, Bula Outsourcing, Our Pacific Office, Star Global Solutions, and Recoveriescorp.
