Milly Kado has always been passionate about personal health and well-being.
It reflects in the work she does.
Ms Kado is the manager for the Suva-based Orca Swim Club.
Among her interests are healthy nutrition and awareness on education.
When she is not managing the swim club, or taking part in voluntary work, Ms Kado is at home with her family.
Originally from Vanuabalavu, she is married with four children.
How many places in Fiji have you been to?
I have been around the two main islands; Viti Levu and Vanua Levu.
What is the one place in Fiji you would take every visitor to, and why?
Some outer island resort in the Mamanucas.
This is so visitors could experience the real Fiji life, without the hustle and bustle.
What is your favourite place for a pie/coffee, and why?
Bulaccino Café.
The locations are comfortable with good coffee.
And the services are good.
