“Arriving in Navua there was a slight drizzle as we caught a taxi to the Danford homestead and base of River Tubing Fiji.
“So apparently the best time to go is after heavy rainfall as the river is alive and the rapids are stronger.
“We got on our longboats to ride up the Navua River, hiking through certain parts.
“Passing, cascading waterfalls and lush tropical rainforest like out of a movie scene.
“William and his crew, whose hospitality can only be described as the authentic Fiji experience had us swimming at the waterfall, having lunch riverside and tubing down rough rapids squealing in delight.
“At the end of the day we were all beaming from ear to ear from the experience.
“Highly recommend for friends and family as a bonding experience.”
