Vinod Patel has opened a Makita service centre and launched two more Makita products whic was announced at Vinod Patel’s annual Trade Night show on Friday.
It was held at the company’s head office in Centre Point.
Company, national manager sales and operations, Neelesh Singh said: “Our suppliers from Australia are also present to share technical experiences and advice how to use the tools, looking after it and what are the new things happening in the industry.
“Now with the construction industry growing very fast, the company is experiencing a big turnaround.
“We make sure to have the best Makita tools, best range, best prices and best support for our customers so that they can go back and build the nation.
“The prices are being heavily discounted for only two weeks so the customers can take advantage of the best deals we have.
The Makita products are available in all the branches around Fiji.
The company is planning to open another service centre in the West.
“This is to cater for the western customers but then if things turn out fine then we would be looking at the northern areas too.”
