Fiji Car Club is expecting yet another big turnout and participation tomorrow at the Digicel Quarter Mile Drag Race at the Nanuku airstrip in Pacific Harbour. 40 cars will participate.
Sports vehicle owners have spent hundreds or even thousands of dollars upgrading their vehicles to participate in this event which has become quite popular.
Winners in the drag race are determined by their timings in various categories.

I want to try to achieve a 10 second range in the quarter mile drags. My goal towards the end of the year is to have the fastest street legal car in Fiji.
Upgrades for drags: Forged internal, Aftermarket cam, valve, springs, Racing intake and exhaust manifolds, Twin clutch, BOSCH 1200CC injectors, BOSCH 044 Twin Pump setup, Complete Microtech Engine Management system
