Fijian Holdings Limited announced the resignation of Viliame Gavoka as director of FHL board and all other subsidiary boards which he serves.
Mr Gavoka was appointed to the board in 2011 under the nomination of the A Class shareholders.
FHL shareholders representing A Class have nominated Ulai Taoi to replace Mr Gavoka.
Mr Taoi is U Tech Limited managing director, a company specialising in office equipment. He had been on FHL Group subsidiary boards for the past two years.
FHL board now comprises of Iowane Naiveli (chairman), Apakuki Kurusiga (deputy chairman), Padam Lala, Ulaiyasi Bayam, Ratu Samuela Nawalowalo, Sakiusa Raivoce, Ulai Taoi and Aseri Radrodro.
