Come May 22, InterContinental Fiji’s signature restaurant Navo will host guests to an evening of sophistication and exquisite culinary thrills at the The Maker Wine Dinner.
Winemaker, Kim Crawford himself will present the elegant degustation menu, which includes four-courses designed by national Chef of the Year, Chef de Cuisine Ritesh Kumar.
There will also be matching wines from some of New Zealand’s premier wine-growing regions, including Farmers Market, The Maker, and Duck Hunter.
“We’re absolutely thrilled to present this event to the public, and even more so to have Kim Crawford present the wines he has personally matched to our award-winning menu,” Brendan Lane-Mullins, Director of Food & Beverage, said.
“This is the first event of its kind to be held at Navo since 2010 and we intend to make it an annual event.
“The quality of the wines to be presented align well with our fine-dine service at Navo Restaurant, and we can’t wait to share the wonderful evening with our guests.”
Passionate about his craft, the wines released by wine maker Kim Crawford include The Love Bloc, Duck Hunter, The Maker and Farmers Market all of which are recognised internationally for its exceptional quality and taste profile.
