The University of the South Pacific’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme has gained official recognition from the Association of MBA abroad.
This means the programme offered by the Graduate School of Business is now of comparable standards to those offered by other premier business schools around the world. The accreditation was given at the annual International Conference for Deans and Directors held in Paris, France, recently.
Acting Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics, Kesaia Seniloli, applauded the achievement, saying: “This award is an example of USP’s commitment to providing quality education as recognised by global institutions.
“The Association of MBA accreditation not only impacts current students enrolled, but also over a thousand Alumni who have graduated since 1995,” she said.
“Graduate School of Business started a rigorous accreditation process in 2011. It was subject to stringent assessment criteria including best teaching standard, curriculum, student interaction.
“This represents the tireless efforts of the Graduate School of Business team in pursuing and ultimately receiving the Association of MBA accreditation.”

“USP has fostered strong relationships with industry and commerce, providing access to senior corporates to enhance the MBA learning experience.
