Korean Motors Co. Limited is moving to new heights with the construction of its new $2 million three storey complex on Jai Hanuman Road in Vatuwaqa Industrial area.
The project situated on the freehold land began in March and will cater for a service centre, auto parts shop and the company’s headquarters.
The company was setup in 1992 between two business partners Mr Yoo Jae Myung and Lee Min Wow focused mainly on selling new Hyundai spare parts.
Company managing director Mr Myung stressed the investment into the complex shows their confidence in the Fijian economy.
Mr Myung said: “The old building does not have enough space to cater for our business so we are building an international standard complex to cater for the growing demand in our business.
“Since we concentrate mainly on Hyundai cars we will soon be targeting Kia and Japanese car owners as well with the importation of the latest machinery, genuine and second parts.
