CELEBRATION Muani celebrates with Commander

Major Isoa Loanakadavu, of the Republic of Fiji Military Forces has praised his cousin the Commander, Brigadier-General Mosese Tikoitoga.
“I was not surprised by military Commander Brigadier-General Mosese Tikoitoga’s achievements because he is a man of quality and the nation is proud of him,” he said.
Major Loanakadavu, with close family and more than 300 villagers from Muani in Kadavu, gathered at the Soqosoqo Vakamarama Hall in Nabua yesterday to celebrate the Commander’s appointment and also show their love, appreciation and support for him as a son of Muani.
“Village chief Alivereti Taito and the people of Muani have come all the way to Suva just to show their support,” Major Loanakadavu said.
He said this was the first time they had come in such a big number just to show their full support and give their blessings to Brigadier-General Tikoitoga.
Major Loanakadavu said they were proud of what Brigadier-General Tikoitoga had done because he had always demonstrated that he was a man of quality, a man of target and a man of focus.
The villagers came to Suva last Tuesday and will return next Wednesday.
