Being nominated in the AON Fiji Excellence in Tourism Awards is being seen as an honour by the relatively new Unique Charters and its crew.
Unique Charters bas been nominated under the Accommodation Unique category in the awards which will be held tonight at the Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa.
Unique is a high performance 55 foot sailing catamaran that provides bespoke three nights and longer charters for up to eight guests in the Mamanuca and Yasawa groups.
Unique was completed in Nelson NZ in 2012, and then sailed to her new home in Fiji in May 2012.
The past year was Unique Charters’ first full calendar year of operation and surpassed booking expectations.
Director Susan Skeggs said: “To be recognised by Fiji’s tourism Industry elite for providing an excellent product is a reward for our hard work and vision we have invested.”
Equipped with a generator, watermaker, air-conditioning, and Wi-Fi, guests love discovering the beauty of Fiji from the comfort of their own floating resort.
