ANZ boost online (Business updates)

Sydney: The head of Australia’s third biggest bank is predicting more banking services will go online as banks move to cut costs.
Last week both the ANZ and Westpac have revealed record half-year cash profits of more than $3 billion. The results were largely driven by cost cutting and a reduction in bad debts, and not due to stellar revenue growth.— ABC News
