A Fijian realtor is leading the way in terms of ‘thinking outside the box’.
Praneel Dass, director of Inglewood Realtors, has a week-long trip to Dubai planned to promote Fiji as a place for investment in the real estate market.
“The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is a rich economy with lots of dollars floating around,” he said.
“People in UAE need to know about Fiji, its people, the culture, the economy, major industries, and the investment opportunities.
“Fiji offers exciting business opportunities in a wide range of sectors including tourism.”
Dass’s plan
Mr Dass plans to meet business communities and potential investors and guide them on investment opportunities in Fiji, particularly in real estate.
“I will advise them on the investment requirements and Government incentives. Build contacts and network,” he said.
“Government has established diplomatic relationship with UAE and my trip will be the first one from the private sector.
“It will be more specifically from the real estate industry to promote and attract investment in the real estate.”
