‘Let’s Go Local’: Why You Should Eat at InterContinental

Twenty-three years is a long time to be in an industry.

That’s how long chef Indrajit Saha has spent in the global hospitality sector, serving IHG Hotels and Resorts in India, Maldives, St Lucia, Djibouti, Thailand, Vietnam, Seychelles and the Middle East.

Mr Saha is the new executive chef at InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort and Spa at Natadola, Coral Coast.

His most recent role at Zulal Resort in Qatar highlighted his dedication to wellness cuisine and his innovative approach to gastronomy, incorporating traditional Arabic and Islamic medicine, the resort said.

“We are absolutely delighted to embrace Chef Indrajit Saha as a valued member of the InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort and Spa family,” said Area General Manager IHG Hotels & Resorts FNPF Owner Hotels, Lachlan Walker.

“His extensive expertise and inventive culinary vision are poised to elevate our resort’s standing in both gourmet excellence and sustainable dining practices.
