Vodafone Fiji recently walked away with huge wins at the Contact Center World Awards in Bali, Indonesia.
The event is held every year by the largest contact centre association in the world, Contact Centre World, which recognises the contributions of customer service professionals to the industry and their organisations.
Vodafone Fiji went up against 200 finalists in business processing, government, tourism, retail, logistics, telecommunications, and distribution within the Asia Pacific Region.
Customer care representatives Doreen Lakhan and Sefanaia Silimaibau were recognised for their “exceptional” customer service performance to Vodafone Fiji customers,
Well-deserved, said Vodafone Fiji chief executive officer, Elenoa Biukoto.
Ms Biukoto also praised the duo’s commitment to delivering excellence in customer service.
