Darren Ferrall has been named as the new Executive Chef at Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa.
Ferrall will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s talented culinary team including menu creation for its three beautiful beachfront restaurants The Deli, in-room dining as well as management of the resorts’ kitchens and culinary department.
