Meet the ambitious entrepreneur Prashneel Kumar who recently opened his $85,000 restaurant in Tamavua, The Hideout.
Mr Kumar accomplished his childhood dream at 25 years old. He had worked at Paradiso Bar and Restaurant and a few other eateries.
The experience he gained harnessed his cooking skills.
It added to his chef certification from culinary studies.
The Ba native has visited many resorts on Viti Levu and prepares gourmet food the Pacific way.
“We Pacific Islanders love our food,” he said.
“Gourmet prepared at the Hideout comes in a big plate and is worth every cent of your money.”
