He manages various departments in the store.
He has become an expert after 10 years of experience.
He has also learnt new things in managing a business to provide better services for customers.
Mr Roy developed a keen interest in business management while pursuing his studies in tertiary school.
Managing a small business was like a hobby.
The 25 year old strives to produce excellent results to be the best father to his 3 year old daughter whom he loves dearly.
“My daughter is the reason I work hard and strive for excellence every day, challenges of managing business is quiet tough but with consistency and hard work anything is possible.” Mr Roy said.
“Also my parents are the backbone of my success today, without them I would not have been successful today.”
