Ms Nand is a director at the South Pacific Stock Exchange, SPX Trustees Limited, Fiji Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FCCI), Women in Business (WIB), Yatule Beach Resort Limited, Natadola Bay Resort Ltd for Intercontinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa and Marriott Group Fiji.
Ms Ali completed her full term on the board and is now the chair of the SPX Trustees Limited.
With nine years on the SPX board, Ms Ali’s name is synonymous with women empowerment, not only that she has championed a lot of nation building initiatives.
Ms Nand has over 20 years’ commercial experience as an international lawyer, adviser and trainer.
She has a Master’s Degree in Law majoring in International Trade & Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR).
She has an undergraduate degree in Information Technology and specialises in Digital Transformation, Data Protection, Privacy and Cyber Security.
She is an entrepreneur and is Principal of her Law Firm, Solved Legal and Director of the ICT Company, Solved (Fiji) Pte Limited.
Ms Nand has worked for major international firms and as an in-house corporate counsel for large regional and global organisations.
She brings with her years of international experience solving complex problems which leverage innovative agile solutions and accelerated transformation.
Ms Nand has global fundraising experience from public, private and philanthropic organisations across many domains, most recently in Ocean and Climate Funding.
She is currently serving many organisations in Fiji as a board member, General Counsel and Strategic Adviser.
She also specializes in advising boards and senior executives:

Meanwhile, SPX has been advertising an expression of interest for an independent director. Applications for the expressions of interest closes by 5pm on Friday, December 31.
All director appointments are subject to Reserve Bank of Fiji (RBF) approval and in particular the satisfactory meeting of the fit and proper tests set by the RBF.
The Independent Director appointment is on an interim basis and is subject to shareholder approval at the 2022 Annual General Meeting.
