Courts Fiji Limited opened two new OfficeWorks show rooms with an investment of $750,000.
The launch of the showroom was held at both outlets at the Mega store in Ratu Mara road in Samabula and Naviti street in Lautoka.
Vision Group chief executive P.L Munasinghe said: “We are actually reinventing the business that existed some years back at its days when it was still Burns Philip. There was this business called office works.
“It was a successful business as well as a leading supplier of office equipment and office supplier at the time.
“When Courts acquired Burns Philip in the early 2000 what happened this business eventually faded out.
“Our philosophy is always to reinvent our businesses as we are a mature business it is very important that we keep on reinventing and today it’s a culmination of another reinvention market.
“We actually looked at the market for office furniture we found that customers have limited choice in terms of range of equipment and as well as supply sources,” he said.
Mr Munasinghe highlighted the company was always searching for opportunities.
“We invested $750,000 in terms of stock and refurbishments costs for both outlets.
“It has always been our philosophy to offer value for money our pricing is very sharp. Customers need to have a choice now we offer really superb offers to the customers.
“Vision Group is always looking out for opportunities so this is another initiative we have taken.”
“This is not only about office works but also the kitchen and cabinetry business.”
This new venture is possible through the support fromMahogany Industries (Fiji) Limited, a subsidiary of locally-owned Vision Group.
