Tax incentives and concessions lodgement procedure revised

Ministry of Finance has revised the procedure for lodgement of applications for tax incentives and concessions to streamline business approval and investment facilitation process.
Effective Monday April 14, all applications for tax incentives and concessions should be lodged directly with the Fiji Revenue and Customs Authority and not with the Ministry.
The Ministry of Finance will no longer be receiving these applications from the public or investors.
“FRCA will also now be liaising directly with applicants regarding the outcome of their tax incentive applications,” it said.
Applicants are requested to contact FRCA directly for any clarifications.
