Pacific Island Countries must collaborate and market its various unique products and services with ‘quality and consistency in all facets’.
This was the key and strong message by the Attorney-General and Minister for Industry and Trade, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum during the opening of the 2014 Trade Pasifika Show at the Vodafone Arena last night.
“The image that is conjured to someone’s head must resonate with quality and consistency and a quality that we can depend on and knowing that it would be right,” Mr Sayed-Khaiyum said.
“So I think this is what we should be focused on, whether we’re doing it initially as a country but then as a region we must come together to be able to position our region in that facet.
“The point is we need to be able to maintain that consistency and the level of sustainability and indeed particular level of integration.”
