Superdrug Pharmacy has opened its doors at Damodar City on Grantham Road with an investment of $500,000.
Superdrug Laucala manager Nihbay Nand the investment was made to develop the pharmacy into international standards.
“We are very thankful to our bankers ANZ for all their support,” Mr Nand said.
“This pharmacy is of international standard in regards to the products and facilities provided with better arrays of services and convenience.
The pharmacy employs six staff of which there are three pharmacists including Mr Nand.
Mr Nand said: “Our target market is generally everybody who needs medical assistance where we can fill in the void.
“A healthy nation is good for everyone and the pharmacy plays a role in that and if we can assist it will create a richer environment,” he said.”
This is the third branch of the family-owned pharmacy business.
